3. Service Description

Disciply is a digital habit tracking and goal-setting application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. We provide various subscription tiers with different features and capabilities.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. Users under 16 may only use our service with explicit parental consent and supervision.

5. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person
  • You must notify us of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription and Payments

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Free trial periods do not require payment
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • 14-day cooling-off period for UK consumers

7. UK Consumer Rights

  • Free Plan: Can be cancelled at any time
  • Paid Subscriptions: Can be cancelled with immediate effect
  • Refund Policy: Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days
  • UK Consumer Rights: Full refund rights within cooling-off period

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer with rights under local consumer protection laws.
