Disciply started from a simple frustration: every habit app felt like a chore to use. We set out to build something that actually makes consistency rewarding.

I built Disciply because I kept failing at habits — not from lack of willpower, but because the tools I was using gave me no reason to come back. Spreadsheets felt like admin. Generic apps felt hollow.
The idea was simple: wrap proven habit science — cue-routine-reward loops, implementation intentions, the 21-day myth debunked — inside a system that actually gives you a dopamine hit for showing up. XP, streaks, badges, and community accountability all point in the same direction: making consistency feel good.
Disciply is built and maintained under Framz Limited, a UK software company. We're a small team, we move fast, and we care deeply about making something genuinely useful for the 18–30 generation building their lives.
Every feature is grounded in peer-reviewed habit formation research. We cite our sources in the blog.
XP, badges, and streak mechanics aren't gimmicks — they map directly to dopamine-reward loops that make habits stick.
We are GDPR compliant, UK-based, and will never sell your data. Your habit data is yours.
Our roadmap is shaped by users. If a feature matters to you, let us know — we ship fast.
